2. How far will you go to make the end user happy?
- We go out of our way to make sure that each customer is happy. We have performed additional work on trailers for previous customers that did not relate to the tarpaulin system. We make continual follow-up calls to our customers to check on their new tarp system.
3. What is the warranty period of a Quick Draw Tarpaulin System?
- One year warranty back to front including workmanship
- Five year warranty on all 4” top rolling wheels (bearings included, aluminum cast corners and all aluminum intermediate bows.
- Free 6 and 12 month inspections.
4. How long does it take to install a Quick Draw Tarpaulin System to my trailer?
- For a straight flat bed trailer it will take 5 – 8 working days, we custom fit every Quick Draw to each trailer and we are never rushed to assure that when you pick up your Quick Draw it is in perfect running order.
5. How will I know how to operate my new Quick Draw Tarpaulin System?
- Every driver picking up their new Quick Draw gets fully trained on operating their Quick Draw along with any maintenance needed for your unit, as well as an Operator's Manual that can guide you through your Quick Draw.
6. What are your credit terms?
- We are not in the business of financing, therefore all sales are COD.

- We have four facilities – two in Canada, Our main Branch located in Windsor, Ontario and Bilingual (French/English) Lacaster, Ontario and two in the United States they can be found in Dearborn Michigan and Franklin Kentucky.
