 TRACK & WHEEL DESIGN:
Our patented 4" aluminum track design is equipped with a built in bumper bar and a tough liner that the wheels
run along which saves the track from unnecessary wear & ruts. We use 4" top rolling greaseable wheels, the
largest in the industry. The larger the wheel, the easier they are to roll, putting less strain on the wheels & the
operator. Binding does not occur because these wheels roll on top of the track where any debris can be easily swept away.
 BEST WARRANTY:
Quick Draw comes with a standard 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects. The 4" top rolling wheels
(including bearings), the intermediate bows and die cast corners are covered with an exclusive 5 year warranty! (under normal usage)
 MODULAR DESIGN:
Quick Draw is composed of a durable, high quality extruded aluminum framework combined with die
cast bolted connections. Virtually all components are replaceable in the field without any welding. Parts are
standardized, interchangeable and always in stock making service work fast & simple.
QUICK RELEASE FRONT OPENING & LOCKING:
The front of the system can be opened quickly with an easy one step process of inserting the provided winch
 bar in the “Quick Release” slot and giving it a single effortless forward push. A ratchet winch at each front
corner allows the front bow to be sealed tightly against the headboard when closed. All of this can
be done without the operator’s feet ever having to leave the ground. This is a standard feature of Quick Draw, not an option.
 HIGH STRENGTH AERODYNAMIC HEADBOARD:
Headboards are made from 3/16" aluminum and consist of 4 uprights constructed of 4" structural channel, making it both rugged and lightweight. It is front-mounted so that no bed space is lost.
SELF SEALING:
No Bungee cords or cables:
As the tarp system is tightened, Quick Draw will seal automatically creating a weatherproof barrier
without the inconvenience of bungee cords and without an abrasive cable system that can wear the tarp.
 REAR BRACE & BOW DESIGN:
Tight stretched tarps are proven to last longer! Quick Draw is the only system that allows the operator to continuously keep tarps tight over the years. The
rear bow sits at the very end of the bed allowing for maximum bed length and can always be adjusted to that same point without compromising tarp tightness
regardless of load or trailer arch.
 DIVERSE TIE DOWN ACCOMMODATIONS
Quick Draw can accommodate numerous tie down methods without sacrificing its weatherproof design.
If you have existing pockets, chains or straps can be passed through the pockets without disturbing the tarp
system. The bottom of the pockets are covered with a weatherseal to keep the load dry & clean. If there
are no pockets, 3/8" spacers are installed along the side rail which allow the passing of straps. Spacers
can be applied to one or both sides of the bed and slider winch track can also be installed for more versatility if
needed. The flat hook portion of the strap is mounted to the opposite side & remains securely in place or in
some cases D-rings are installed and a chain anchor style strap is used.

SAFE – Total Ground Control
The system is completely operated from the ground greatly reducing the chance of injuries. There are no awkward posts to remove or cumbersome ratchet straps to undo.
FAST & EASY
Can be opened & closed within minutes by one person from either side. Our unique track & wheel design combined with our durable bow structure allows for continuous trouble free operation.
LIGHTWEIGHT
An 8’ high system adds under 1700lbs on a 48' long trailer including our standard 3/16" aluminum headboard.
COMPACTION
When the tarp system is fully opened, it occupies only 7 feet of bed space on a 48' long trailer using our light carrier configuration.
VERSATILITY
Quick Draw comes in lengths ranging from 10' to 53' & heights ranging from 5' to 10'.
REAR ROLL UP FLAP
Quick Draw comes with a unique roll up flap that allows for the maximum clearance over your load because it can be rolled up over the top of the rear bow.
SKYLIGHT ROOF
This standard feature allows extra light in the cargo area.
QUALITY TARP MATERIAL
All tarp sections are manufactured in house using a high quality 20 – 22 oz. PVC formulated, ultra violet light, rot & mildew resistant tarpaulin. A urethane finish creates easy cleaning and a glossy professional look. Tarp material comes in a wide selection of colors to suit your personal needs & wishes.
